I went for my company course last monday, these are some of the tips that the presenters sharing with me. I find them quite useful.
Preparation
When you prepare for your speech or presentation, always have an introduction, body and a
solid conclusion. Get yourself prepared for the unexpected. Sincerity is the key as there is no foolproof formula.
Be relevant to the topic you are presenting
Find out as much as possible about the audience that you are going to present so that you are
able to address to their needs and acknowledge them in your introduction. Able to relate to
them, never alienate.
Project your voice correctly
You must be clear with your objective or aim, so that you can vary your pitch, tone or volume, resonance and speed to suit your task. Do a self assessment on your voice by recording your voice. If you are not convinced, no one will be.
Be Composed, Not to be tense
Your audience will know by your shallow breathing when you are nervous. Take a few deep
breathe to calm yourself down. Massage with specific exercises if you find some tensions in
your face, throat, necks, shoulders and back. If you don’t have time, try yawning. It works.
DON’T READ FROM SLIDES OR NOTES, TALK TO THE AUDIENCE
Avoid reading from note. Maintain eye contacts and make pause long enough to make a
connection with a few people in the audience. Visualize talking to one person instead of many
people.
ENGAGE YOUR AUDIENCE
Maintain eye contact regularly with your audience. Ask thought-provoking questions. Address to their needs and aim to inspire them to action. As long as you get their attention, the length of the presentation is not that important.

The Lost Art of Listening - Part 2
Effective communication requires effective listening. In fact, often times, listening is more important in speaking in order to negotiate well with others. Many salespersons learn this the hard way - they make flowery presentation, only to be blown off without so much as a second thought. But if they had only let their customers tell them what their problems were, they would probably be able to sell them anything.
Listening is really quite simple, yet most of us haven't mastered it. Why? I think is probably because of the connotation of keeping silent. To many people, it implies impassivity, being lost for words and so on. Also, it hard keeping your mouth shut. Everyone wants to be heard. So in the cacophony of voices, nobody does. But what were if you are one of the few who listened closely to what others had to say? What valuable information would you earn?
So where do you start if you truly want to develop your listening skills?
Firstly, cultivate the desire to listen. Accept the fact that listening skill is your strongest weapon. Given the opportunity, the other person will tell you everything you need to know. Try this out, very soon, you find yourself hanging on every words that flies out of other people's mouth.
Always let the other people do the talking. This is simple matter of mathematics. Try listening about 70% of the time and talking 30% of the time.
Now the theory is simple enough, but in practice. you will find that in many points, during the other people's speech, you'll feel the desire to interrupt. There will be points that you disagree with and you think that you should speak then you forever hold your peace. That not always true. In fact, most of the time, we regret saying the things we say. So always resist the temptation to interrupt. When you give in, all you do is to cut off the free flowing info.
Learn to listen actively. Now is crucial, since hearing someone is vastly different from listening to someone. And people can tell. Most people spend so much time regaling others with their stories that they keenly aware when the audience is sleeping with their eyes open. And if there is something worse than not listening, its pretending to listen. Then you lost your prospect forever.
The art of listening is a very fine one. It takes expert communicator to do it well and convincingly too. Look out for my next blog on tips to improve your effective listening.

A Slice of Life: Practising Appreciation and Gratitude for Happiness
Today A Slice of Life is on Gratitude and Appreciation...Enjoy folks...
Gratitude and appreciation are the essential habits for a happy life.
And it's not just being grateful for the big events, like your first child, your generous pay raise, your parent recovering from illness. The tiniest aspect of life also contribute greatly to an attitude of appreciation that make for more fulfilling life.
Studies consistently show that people who are grateful and appreciative are more happier and healthier. And because their minds are uncluttered by stress and discontentment, they're also more focused on becoming more successful and improving their life.
If you think critically about it, there is plenty to be grateful for in this world. You only have to practicing looking for it and allow yourself to savour it fully.
As some immortal words go, " Let us be thankful, for if we didn't learn a lot today...at least we learn a little and if we didn't learn a little, at least we didn't get sick. If we got sick, at least we didn't die.
Here are some ways that you can foster more gratitude and appreciation in your life.
First of all, be thankful of the ability to improve yourself and your life. Now this is a possibility not to be taken lightly...we all find deep fulfilment and empowerment in self-development...By identifying which aspects we most like to enhance and by taking action, we can attain powerful sense of self worth and being.
At the beginning of each day, think of three things that you can look forward to each day. A nice chat with a friends perhaps..jogging to your favourite music...even the routine things you might taken for granted..having a job you love...a home cooked meal or even finishing up that gripping novel. Similarly, at the end of the day...remind yourself of the three good things you enjoyed that day.
And practising savouring fully every good things that come your way. You known we often forget just how miraculous this world is. We get so caught up with work and making money and our family we consistently overlook the fact that we have this wonderful to live and experience and enjoy..
Well, don't overlook it for too long...its the only one you've got.
We must start appreciating the things and the people around us, not forgetting about the air we breathe in "Laugh*

STORIES - The Handwriting On the Wall
A weary mother returned from the store,
Lugging groceries through the kitchen door.
Awaiting her arrival was her 8 year old son,
Anxious to relate what his younger brother had done.
"While I was out playing and Dad was on a call,
T.J. took his crayons and wrote on the wall!
It's on the new paper you just hung in the den.
I told him you'd be mad at having to do it again."
She let out a moan and furrowed her brow,
"Where is your little brother right now?"
She emptied her arms and with a purposeful stride,
She marched to his closet where he had gone to hide.
She called his full name as she entered his room.
He trembled with fear--he knew that meant doom!
For the next ten minutes, she ranted and raved
About the expensive wallpaper and how she had saved.
Lamenting all the work it would take to repair,
She condemned his actions and total lack of care.
The more she scolded, the madder she got,
Then stomped from his room, totally distraught!
She headed for the den to confirm her fears.
When she saw the wall, her eyes flooded with tears.
The message she read pierced her soul with a dart.
It said, "I love Mommy," surrounded by a heart.
Well, the wallpaper remained, just as she found it,
With an empty picture frame hung to surround it.
A reminder to her, and indeed to all,
Take time to read the handwriting on the wall

Health: Its Snack Time!
Snacking is one of the weight watchers' enemies. But it is difficult for me to stop snacks especially come to 4pm or 5pm in the afternoon after my lunch.
One problem with snack is that they are sometimes high in fat and empty calories but so addictive.
But I would like to share some tips how to lose weight by a few kg without having to diet, or exercise or a major life change. One good method that I found is snack swap.
Chocolates, chips, candy and crackers are the mainstay of the five o'clock stress snacker, but they can make up half of our entire daily recommended 2000 calories. One of the solution that work for me is that I get something healthier as my snack like having instant Quaker oats porridge in chicken as my replacement snack. More examples such as a cup of cabbage soup, or carrot, celery or cucumber sticks or wholemeal toast with lettuce..
These are some of the examples that I find in snack swap how many calories we can reduce by making a snack switch. You can try it to see some results
Snack sausage roll - Swap cup a soup - Down 154 calories
Snack potato chip - Swap seaweed rice crackers - Down 273 calories
Snack butter cookies - Swap ginger snaps - Down 140 calories
Snack buttery kaya toast - Swap peanut butter sandwich - Down 1,054 calories
Snack char siew bao - Swap popiah - Down 175 calories
Try some today and continue for a month and share with me your result or if you got any better suggestion, feel free to add your comment below. *Cheer*

Mike Horn
For some of us, we might not know this guy, Mike Horn. Recently, my friend mentioned about him because her son was selected to be part of his Pangaea expedition team for his mission. Because of my curious nature, I went ahead to ask my friend more about this Mike Horn and google about him.
He is very an incredible explorer man and his passion of saving the planets and touched everyone to follow his mission to pass down to the younger generation to teach them to save the planet and reserve the nature which is destroyed by mankind. To know more about him, you can go to http://www.mikehorn.com/en/mike-horn/who-is-mike-horn/
I like the quote that he states below:
I like the quote that he states below:

"The impossible exists only until we find a way to make it possible", Mike Horn
Admired those teenages that went with him on this mission. He is really a life example that make the impossible into possible. If you break up the word impossible into i-m-possible is just like what Mike Horn has said finding ways to make it possible.

The Lost Art of Listening - Part 1
I once hear a story of a man who was having lunch at bistro in St Paul de Vence, a picturesque hilltown in the south of France. In his fractured French, he tried to order a bottle of beer.
Je voudrals one bouteille de biere, sil vous plait. He intoned to the waitress.
In a can? She asked.
Non, he said. En bouteille, NO..not in a can, as she said , in a bottle, he reiterated.
With her hands on her hips and a sneer on her face, the waitress repeated, "In a can!"
Now the customer was really getting mad, Not in a can, he insisted. In a bottle. En bouteille, En bouteille.
She threw her hands in a despair. Monsieur, In a Can!
All right, finally, the man said. " Have it your way, Give it to me in a can, anything. Just give me a beer.
She stormed off and returned with a bottle of Heineken. It was at that point that the customer realised that what had happened and laughed so hard he nearly fell off his chair.
You see when you say Heineken and loose the h sound and it sounds like "In a Can"
These days effective listening is almost a lost art. We hear mostly what we want to hear, not what the person is trying to communicate to us. Many conflicts can be resolved easily if we learn how to listen.
The problem is that we have forgotten how to listen. We are so busy making sure that people hear what we have to say that we forget to listen. But the key to communication, negotiation, to selling, is to keep your mouth shut and truly listen to what people have to say. Your prospects will tell you everything you need to know in order to make a sale. People love talking about themselves. The hard part for you is to keep your mouth shut long enough for you to get the required information.
Recently, I got a misunderstanding from my friend maybe because I might have heard him wrongly, nearly let our relationship turned sour. Sometimes it is better to seek for clarification or rephrase what the person have said to us to make sure we heard or listen correctly. This is something I learn from my recent incident.
Remember what we got two ears and only one mouth,is to listen more and talk less. *Laugh*

My Slice of Life: Seven Wonders of the World
Today My Slice of Life on the Seven Wonders...if you are given a task on what is the Seven Wonders of the world. what would be your answers?
A group of geography students study the Seven Wonders of the World. At the end of the section, the student will ask to list what they considered Seven Wonders of the world.
Though there will some disagreement, these got the most votes.
1. Egypt's great Pyramid
2. Taj Mahal
3. Grand Canyon
4. Panama Canal
5. Empire State Building
6. St Peter's Bascilia
7. China's Great Wall
When gathering the votes, the teacher notes that one student, a quiet girl, has not turned in her paper yet. So she asked the girl if she has any trouble with her list. The quiet girl replied, Yes a little...I couldn't make up my mind because there were so many.
The teacher said, "Well, tell us what we have and maybe we can help." The girl hesitate and then read.."I think the Seven Wonder of the World are"
1. to touch
2. to taste
3. to see
4. to hear
She hesitated a little and then
5. to run
6. to laugh
7. and to love
Just because some things are in abundance doesn't make them less precious. Mother deliver their babies occurs regularly though, but think about the amount of effort, sacrifice, agony and endurance that went through nine months before. And all the possible things that couldn't gone wrong but didn't. All the complexities that involved in conception, pregnancy and the final delivery and how everything worked together to create another life - a miracle in itself.
Things like the Great Wall, Egypt's Pyramid may be wondrous in sheer immensity and architectural and genius involved but these are not the things which make life more worth living. Seek out the true wonders of world - your family, your friends and your ability to appreciate and to enjoy simple things in life.
It's my time for reflection. I think I spend too much time at work, neglected my parents sometimes..must really spend quality time with them..Sometimes, we don't appreciate things that we have around us, always take them for granted..just a thought of mine..How about you?

Quote of The Day
If you do not feel yourself growing in your work and your life broadening and deepening, if your task is not a perpetual tonic to you, you have not found your place.
- Orison Swett Marden
I used to be at such a stage a few years back when I was in the banking industry..doing a lot of work but does feel like progressing in life that one day, i find myself start to drag myself to work and find that what I have been doing all these year....that I decided to quit my job to think through what I really want in my life...to find the destination that I really want to..

Robert T Kiyosaki: Good Greed Vs Bad Greed
Today i learnt something more indepth about this word "Greed". To me, i always thought that this word is a bad word, because of greed, people lost their money in the stock market. But what is actually Greed? What Robert T Kiyosaki explains Greed is something that you want is more than what you willing to give.... Actually he explains that greed does come in two forms..bad or good greed. So which greed do you have? Are you willing to give more for something you really want...

Added Member in my Family
Haha, you all might be guessing who is this new member to my family, is my sister's baby...not exactly truth, only half-right. Is her new baby, but is the new kitten that she adopted from her neighbour. My sister likes cats very much, even though she got bitten by cats when she was young.

I show you the photo of her new kitten. Do you all think is this kitten cute? I personally dislike cats and can admit I am afraid of cats but I don't not know why. I find it quite weird like a cartoon i saw on the television but can't remember what is the show that I was.
Actually my mum disagree with my sister having the kitten because we all thought that my sister is planning to have baby, now she get herself a kitten. But i think that having a pet, the burden is not as great as having a child. Can you imagine the cost of having a baby, especially in today's society. From the day you expect the child until the child is born to this world, there are a lot of cost involved and the future education fee and a lot of things have to consider. Wow, I think that parents are "wei da". And now parents in today generation have more burden to shoulder on unlike our ancestors. Our standard of living had raised tremedously over the years and I think that they are being sandwiched between their own parents and their children. Because not only they have to raise their children, they also have to contribute to their own parents. Unlike in the past, raising children seem to be easy, imagine our grandparents can have at least 5 children in the family. I can't imagine how my grandparents can have ten children...maybe that era, no much entertainment and nothing to do at night. "Laugh".
But just a reminder to those who keep pets, they must have the same mentality of keeping their pet, like raising their kids. Cannot dispose them off if they don't like them anymore. This is what I told my sister about this issue when she plans to have a baby, what she going to do with her pet. This is something she did not really think about.

The Story of Pablo and Bruno
Here is story that show the story of the pipeline. This story tell us the importance of having passive income.
There are 3 types of incomes:
1. Earned Income
2. Portfolio Income
3. Passive Income
Earned Income is the income that you have to trade your time for money, let say today you are a sale person, today you sell, you earn income, today you don't, you receive no income. That is to say we work for money.
Portfolio income is the income that we received for investing in mutual funds, share, and financial instruments.
Passive Income is the income that we received but we are not actively working for it. Example of passive incomes is invest in properties, cutting album earning the royalties, affiliates marketing commission, online advertising revenue from websites and others and network marketing.
So know you know the importance of passive income? Whom you want to be Pablo or Bruno? But building passive income is does not mean that no need to put in hard work. We still need to put in hard work initially and e.g like having a business, if you build a system that help you to automate your business and employ staff to take over, you no need to physically there to work for the money..We still need to put in the hard work at the beginning in order to reap the sow at the end...instead of working hard for money throughout our lives. Now, whom you want to be, Pablo or Bruno?

Learn to Put the Glass Down
Recently i am caught up with a lot of tasks on hand, quite stressful. I came across this article when i was reading the morning newspaper on the train. Before I shared the story, i want to ask you how much do the glass weighs? Later you will know why i ask you this question. Read further and you know why.
Here is the story:
One day, the Professor held up a glass of water and asked his students: "How much do you think this piece of glass weighs? A lot of students give different answers.
He continued: "What would happen if I held it up for a few minutes?
"Nothing". Said the students.
"Now, what if I held it up for an hour?" "Your arm would ache." "What would happen if I held it up for a day?" His students replied laughingly. "Your arm will go numb, you may have severe muscle stress and paralysis, and you may have to go to the hospital.
The professor then asked: "During all this, did the weight of the glass change?" "No". came the answer. He asked"What should I do to stop the muscle pain? A student replied: "Put the glass down."
From this story, it made me realise the simple truth of handling problems in life. If we think them for more than a few minutes and our head begins to ache. If we hold the thoughts even longer and they will start paralyze you. Like what my friend shared with me before, think too much, you become paralyzed. *Laugh*
Although it is important to think through the problem we are facing, but it is important to learn to put the glass down at the end of the day. This is easier to say than done, but this story reminds me to focus on the big picture, rather than letting these small matters to affect me.
Stress in today's society is inevitable, is just that how we handle our stress and cope with it. In Tokyo, there is one shop called Venting Place where all the stressed workers threw the crockery against the concrete walls as a form of releasing stress. So how cool is that? (You can watch the video at http://www.mikesblender.com/indexblog201.htm).
As for me, my way of releasing stress is eating chocolate or ice-cream. That why i am fat. I remember one of my favorite author Barbara Enberg: "Stressed spelled backwards is desserts" So is desserts' time? Ice cream, anyone? Yummy!

My Slice of Life: Achieving More Joy & Success Through Active Focusing
Today is My Slice of Life is on Active Focus...this is something i am learning...
You attract what you focus on.
This principle works by charting a new direction for your mind. You begin to see improvement, more opportunities, and have more enriching and blissful experiences simply because you choose to look out for them.
Where previously you tended to expect negative things, now you're are more confident and optimistic. When you actively focus on good things, your mind propels your entire being to search for them.
If you want more beauty in your life, for instance..you then actively seek out whether is beautiful to you, focus on it, take it in and give thanks for it. Notice the next picture you come across, the next person, the next line in a book, how the pubbles, glisten in the sun, after the rain, and bless the beauty it inspires in you.
What about good ideas? Kind acts? Could you choose to focus on the positive qualities in life and bless them as well.
You find that the more you do this, the more good things will reveal to you and seem to "magically" come your way. There's no magic here though..you're seeing more often..because you are seeking them more out often. You're choosing to pay more attention to the things you used to overlook and ignore. And it also natural for other people to give you more good things because you seem to appreciate them more.
Unhappy, discontented people typically choose to do the opposite. They think poorly of themselves and do not expect to achieve more success. They anticipate disappointment and failure. Its no surprise that they are consistently disappointed.
An unhappy, unfulfilled person also tend to see a good thing and be envious of it, coveting it, bitter with its own ability to own it.
If you choose to actively focus on positive things though, you'll see good thing and celebrate it. You'll want get to know it, understand it, learn from it and see how you can emulate its strength. You will be nourished by it instead of being threatened by it brilliance.
When choosing to focus actively on positive though, its crucial to understand that though it involves a seemingly straight forward switch in mindset, it's not something that happens overnight, is turned on like a light. Many people are disappointed that they don't get instant results or being put off by pomposity of affirmations like " I am confident" , "I am beautiful, , "I am successful" and so on.
So go easy with it. Say "I'm getting more confident", "I am increasing my chance for success", I'm beginning to see more beauty in me."
After reading this, I admit in the past that I was a pessimistic person, and truly things don't turn it all well for me...but just a switch in mindset..(i personally believe change is instantaneous is just a matter whether we ourselves willing to take the 1st to change) things really changed in my life when I decide to make a decision.and I am seeing better results..and looking forward to my exciting life...how about you then?

Zumba Fitness
Download:
FLVMP43GPI put on weight recently. So sad, perhaps these few weeks lack of exercising because normally weekend i go walking with my friend, yvonne either at the Pierce Reservoir or Macritchie Reservoir. Got to ask her out for walking one of these days. Gonna to eat less and exercise more. These two things sound simple but want to do it, it need to have a lot of motivation. Especially for me, I am not a gym person, to run or walk on the treadmill. Don't you think is boring? Because after you run or walk for 20 or 30 mins, no matter how long we walk, is it still the same spot, that is on the treadmill.
Do you know what is the hottest exercise workout in US? Is Zumba Fitness. I don't know whether Singapore we have this workout right now, if have, I will sign up for it because I find the workout is so fun and enjoyable and many people don't find it they are doing workout at all, more like dancing and have fun and at the same time burning our calories. Can't imagine it can help to burn 1000 calories for at least one hour workout.

You might be asking what is Zumba? Actually Zumba is a fitness program created by Beto Perez who lived his life as a dancer and choreographer based in Miami. He has incorporated the latin music into the dance workout and make it as if we are having a latin party. When you watched this video, you will find many people have benefited from this dance workout and achieved amazing results. It makes you want to join them to have fun too.

Don't Quit Poem
I find the Don't Quit Poem quite motivating..Really can take a look when I feel like giving up..Just want to give some who are in the journey of achieving their dreams or goals, remember this poem...don't give up. Below is the full version.
Here is the original poem in it's entirety:
When things go wrong, as they sometimes will,
When the road you're trudging seems all uphill,
When the funds are low and the debts are high,
And you want to smile, but you have to sigh,
When care is pressing you down a bit,
Rest, if you must, but don't you quit.
Life is queer with its twists and turns,
As every one of us sometimes learns,
And many a failure turns about,
When he might have won had he stuck it out;
Don't give up though the pace seems slow--
You may succeed with another blow.
Often the goal is nearer than,
It seems to a faint and faltering man,
Often the struggler has given up,
When he might have captured the victor's cup,
And he learned too late when the night slipped down,
How close he was to the golden crown.
Success is failure turned inside out--
The silver tint of the clouds of doubt,
And you never can tell how close you are,
It may be near when it seems so far,
So stick to the fight when you're hardest hit--
It's when things seem worst that you must not quit.

Routine
Download:
FLVMP43GPI find this interesting clip in youtude. The creative director wanted to demonstrate the kind of lifestyle that majority of us have in our daily life that is "Routine". He had put it into the sketch. When i watched this video, i realised that part of my lifestyle is what exactly displayed in the sketch that is "Wake Up, Go to Work, Lunch, Go Back Home". Does this scenario sounds familiar to you. This is what most of us are going through, is it? Like our journey everyday Mon to Fri is Home to Work-Work to Home, except for the weekend, we go and have fun. I can't imagine I wanted to walk through my next 30 years of my life just work to home, home to work. I will find this kind of life very monotonous and lack something in it. Doesn't we want to have a more exciting life? That is why I wish to have more in my life and now I am working on my twalk program to gain the kind of lifestyle that I want..that is to travel around as I want. I believe the outside world is big for us to explore more great and interesting things or places, rather than just staying in this small little red dot.

My Slice of life: Turing Fear Into Power
Think of the conversation you don't have, the people you don't meet, the decision you don't make in order to avoid discomfort, rejection and humiliation.
Many people habitually hold themselves back and then complain about how boring life is or how success emulate them. Many people choose the same course repeatedly even though it has proven not to bring the result they crave.
When we do this, we reinforce an old identify formed by our past, even if that identity is painful. If we were taught that we couldn't have what we want, we continue to live in accordance with that old beliefs, that old self identity. We're unable to explore and open up to more of who we are really as a human beings. In an economic sense, it means that we don't take calculated and informed risks. Fear stifles exploration on many fronts.
But the fear of change is irrational. As you already know, change is inevitable. It's basic tenet of life without change, the world would cease, life would end. They would be no point to existence. We are all meant to change, to move out of our comfort zones and experience the diversity of life. This is the only way to grow, to become the optimal human being.
Life is richer when we learn to walk into the unknown. When we learn to do this, we build our personal power, - the power to make changes, not simply to respond them. Of course, this means that we have to prepare for failure, rejection or embarrassment.
But why do we let these terms scare us? Will they kill us or impair us in some permanent ways? NO. Successful people have learnt that failure and rejection are nothing. What are failure and rejection compared to gaining new wisdom, experiencing new adventures, making new friends, and achieving greater success and happiness?
People often view the unknown as holding negatives and upsets. So they keep away from it. As a result, they never find out the unknown can also be rich, exhilarating and creative.
So if you want to move forward in your life, begin by choosing to challenge yourself in an area of your life in which you would like to seek change. Notice what stops you from moving forward, anything that derails your commitment. Find the support needed to navigate the new territory, and transform your fear into power.
You dare to conquer your fear? Successful people have their fears, but they conquer them instead of letting fear to stop them. Unsuccessful people let fear stop them..My greatest fear is rejection. How about yours?
Last month, I went for my phuket training. this is one section on letting go of our fears. We actually lighted up the white lantern and wrote down the fears or worries we have on the lantern and let it raise up in the air, to say bye bye to our fears..I felt that it is quite funny because I realised I have so much fears. *Laugh*

Life Will Never Be The Same..Life Is Changing
I like this song...Life will never be the same...Life is changing for me..I moving step by step to earn my passive income...Get Twalking...Awesome..
Here are the lyrics:
Life Life will never be
Life life will never be the same
Time is gettin’ cold what is going on
What is on your mind are your feelings gone
Need to see it clear where do we go
why are you doing things all the things you do yeah
yeah
Life will never be the same life is changin’ yeah yeah
life will never be the same life is changin’
Everybody needs somebody to love to love
Solo yeah
yeah oh oh
In the name of love you should draw the line
got to feel secure
that you’re still mine yeah
yeah
Life will never be the same life is changin’ yeah yeah
life will never be the same life is changin’
Everybody needs somebody to love to love
Solo yeah
yeah oh oh …
Life will never be the same Life is changin’
Solo oh oh yeah
yeah oh oh yeah
yeah
oh oh yeah yeah
Life will never be the same life is changin’ yeah
yeah
life will never be the same life is changin’
Life Life will never be
Life Life will never be the same

Brain Tracy: Fear of Failure
Download:
FLVMP43GPEven though that time, I went to Phuket to release the lantern to release the fear in me. Although during the time it is quite fun and feel quite relieved. But after coming back to Singapore, I still got the fear of rejection.. What Brain Tracy shared is right, we can either choose to avoid it and let the fear conquer us or we choose to face it and learn to overcome it and grew into a bigger person.
