Even though that time, I went to Phuket to release the lantern to release the fear in me. Although during the time it is quite fun and feel quite relieved. But after coming back to Singapore, I still got the fear of rejection.. What Brain Tracy shared is right, we can either choose to avoid it and let the fear conquer us or we choose to face it and learn to overcome it and grew into a bigger person.
